When installing 7.x-1.0.rc1 on a site connetected to a SQL Server database, I get the following error:

Notice: Array to string conversion in InsertQuery_sqlsrv->execute() (line 99 of ...\includes\database\sqlsrv\query.inc).

I uninstalled, then tried to install 7.x-1.x-dev but got tons more errors...

Any idea if this problem can be resolved within this module or if this is an sqlsrv issue?
