Im trying to figure out which version to use here.
on the project page the latest dev snapshot is from 2012-Sep-28 while the stable release is from 2013-Feb-09.

Im trying to apply some patches in the queue but cant seem to figure out which version they are against.

Which version should I be using for dev? Why is the stable ahead of the dev? or am I looking at this wrong?

The latest dev is probably the safest right now. Those dates should be fixed now.

Not really sure why it was different before.
