After I have updated to the latest dev version of LDAP (dated 04-March-2013) the drupal to LDAP entry sync is not happening and the following ldap_user error is shown in the log:

LDAP entry on server server_name not synched because error. username=abcd, uid=46

It was working fine with the version immediately before the 4 March 2013. I am testing the sync by updating a test account as user1. I have attached the ldap_config.html.txt containing my config.

One more thing I did was to enable cas server module (only cas server) for use with subdomains of the site. However, I have now disabled and uninstalled the cas server module but the "not synced" problem remains. ldap_server module is binding correctly with a service account. Ldap authorization test also seems to be ok.

LDAP entry to drupal sync also seems to work.

I completely uninstalled all the LDAP modules and then re-downloaded the module and then reinstalled them. After doing so the sync to LDAP is now taking place, I don't know what happened earlier.
