image_style_access 7.x-1.0-alpha3

This release includes a new module Image Style Access Path (depends on Chaos tool suite) for configuring access control based on path contexts.

In addition, there have been the following changes since 7.x-1.0-alpha2:

• Added support for wildcard placeholder, i.e. "%", in file location base to match any character except forward slash ("/").
• Slightly optimized access control evaluation by matching configurations from the bottom up only until the first matched.
• Moved "Action" selector for a configuration to just below "Administrative title".
• Improved styling of the file location base column in the access table by changing the font to monospace.
