Bean All module prevents moving some blocks to new regions

When the Bean All module is enabled, I can't move any of blocks that come disabled when you install Drupal (e.g., Main Menu), to a new region. To reproduce, install and enable Bean All, then try moving the Main Menu block into any region in the blocks admin interface. Then click save. You'll see that the block is still in the "Disabled" list.
