Hi!

I have updated Drupal 7 core many times with no issues, but 7.19 > 7.20 only gives me a blank screen at "www.mysite.com/"update.php?op=info

I cannot get anything done and have no idea how to trouble shoot this situation. I tried returning the 7.19 files but it changed nothing. /user/login does not show anything either. The site is in maintenance mode, but the main page is blank with no info about the maintenance mode.

The /sites folder is, of course, intact and I have a backup, but I am really wondering if there is a trouble shooting guide to work this through or if anyone could immediately give me some pointers as to what the problem might be.

There will be something in your PHP error log to give you a clue. You haven't said which OS your server is running so afraid I can't point you to where the logs are usually located...

Do you have access to the command line on the box or is it managed through a website? If a website, check to see if there's a section for logs.
