Pricing tables need not depend on quantity. They have multiple criterias for each option. Is it possible to configure the commerce price table module to behave like this table? https://www.drupalgardens.com/pricing? If so, please tell me how. If not, please add it as a feature request.

You can manage that kind of table with a formatter of the products referenced to a given display, another option is modifying the cart, nothing to do with the kind of a price table we're dealing with in this module.
