After activating Masquerade module the menu link admin/config/people/masquerade doesn't exist and masquerade menu doesn't appear. Definitely it's activating as it appears correctly in permissions (Masquerade as user, Masquerade as another user, Masquerade as the site admin) and has right permissions for admin assigned.

Suddenly the menu appeared. I don't think this is related to caching as I performed a cache clean without getting the menu. But probably this is no bug, sorry for the message.
