Allow payments to be easily refunded, either partially or entirely. To do this, create a small form that accepts an amount and a payment method. Submission triggers payment execution the normal way. Some payment methods will be able to support this, such as PayPal, others will be able to mimic refunds (Basic Payment Method), and others won't be able to process refunds at all.
