Hi,

I have an issue configuring / using the subscriptions module. Subscription emails are only sent out to users with "administrator" role. Users with role "authenticated user" do not receive notification emails, for whatever reason.

I have installed, activated and configured the following modules:

  • Subscription
  • Content Subscriptions
  • Subscriptions Mail
  • Subscriptions UI

Am I missing something?

Any help is appreciated ... ;-)

Check permissions,
check unlisted/blocked content types on admin/config/system/subscriptions.

Frank, would you mind sharing your config settings for the modules you enabled? I cannot even manage to get emails sent out to admins ...

The out-of-the-box configuration of Subscriptions and Mail Editor is designed to work immediately for user 1. Other users need permissions, as with just about every Drupal module.

If Subscriptions and Mail Editor don't work, then please disable and uninstall them (to remove all data and settings) and re-enable them.
