I installed and set up the Gallery. The thumbnails are only of the first picture. How can I fix this?

I've re-done the setup per the directions 4 times now. I cannot fix the issue. It is acting this way in Chrom, IE9, and Firefox. As far as I can tell, the setup of everything is correct per your directions. Please help.

I am having the same issue. The funny thing is that the very first gallery I built worked fine. I deleted that "test" gallery and switched the view to use horizontal thumbs above the image and created a new gallery. It has not worked since.
