Bad Interaction with Overlay-Module

Hi,

since i installed the Workbench with the Moderation & Access modules. Drupal 7 try to load all content in the administration-overlay. When i click on "articles" (during im in the content "galery" or some other content) in my mainmenu Drupal try to load this:

http://www.xxx/galerien#overlay=articles
but then it fast loads:

http://www.xxx/articles

Problem is when i click on "Home" in my mainmenu (linked to ) it dont open my startpage anymore. Instead it try again to overlay this and load only this:

http://www.xxx/articles#overlay=

any solution for that problem?
