Default Value

I am using the webform module and I have created a form.

I want one of my fields in the form to get a default value from the title.

When I created my webform I had to create a page ( I had to specify a path)

It would be nice to create a webform block.

I am trying to reuse the same form on my product pages (as a feedback form).

It would be nice if the form had the product filled in, with a default value
The title in the URL is the product name.

I am using quicktabs to show my content and one of the tabs is for the feedback form.

I created a view block of the node and added the view to the quicktabs tab.

And it works, only the %title is Feedback since that is the name of the title for the URL where just the form is.

How can I get it to display the product in the product field of the webform?
