When choosing one term (tid1) from one vocabulary and another term (tid2) from another vocabulary, the
result is displayed as:

taxonomy/term/tid1,tid2

I am trying to auto alias above url into a form such as :

/tid1_name/tid2_name where tid1_name is the term name for tid1 and tid2_name is the term name for tid2

Looking through the tokens, couldn't find any applicable solution. Any feedback ? Is this even possible ?
