MM Core: renaming machine name of an existing configuration creates a copy of configuration, leaving old configuration in the DB

When and existing configuration machine name is renamed on configuration edit page and configuration is saved, the old configuration record with all steps remains in the database and a new configuration is created. Both configurations are visible on the configurations tab.
