Wysiwyg editors' drag and drop not work

i am using different editor like ckeditor 4.01, tinymce, markitup with Wysiwyg module. everything is okay but available buttons can't move to toolbar, drag and drop not work. before i use Wysiwyg module, i used ckeditor module for ckeditor 4.01 and when i see the drag and drop problem i started tu use Wysiwyg module. but now, Wysiwyg module' drag and drop not work and i can't add button to toolbar.
