Only the info file is dated Nov 15. It exhibits errors like providing a save button to send community tags, but no field to enter them. Only the admin user (uid 1) is provided with an input field, despite access control being configured properly. It may show even more strange things, but since the module file seems to be an old version, it does not make much sense in my view to analyze this any further.
