I am new to Drupal, so I am trying to figure out what to expect from it. I purchased a template that was in version 6 and my web host service uses version 7.2

I paid someone to convert the theme to 7.2 and the only thing I get is a menu bar at the top. I was expecting to see something closer to the template sample. This is the template:

Shouldn't I at least see the Download button and sample screen shot?

Can not tell from the image what is being shown but in general you need to add content for things to start showing.
