Do I need to mention to Drupal if I use it for a business website?

Hi Drupal,

I will use D5 to manage my business's website, do I need to mention that the script is from Drupal or powered by Drupal or something like that?

Is there any kind of regulations control this issue, so if someone wants to use drupal for non profit website, it will be the same if he/she's ganna use it for profit website?

I went to About and I could not find any node talks about this issue. Any help, will be much appreciated.

Thanks

Notice the footer today!

Hey i just noticed the footer (Drupal is a registered trademark of Dries Buytaert.) only today! While reading your post here

All of our sites have never had `Powered by Drupal' and there wasnt any footer or anything by default

Drupal is GPL and does not require any public aknowledgement. Though it would be a nice gesture considering the developers are giving away their work for free.
