Consolidate aggregator-summary-items.html.twig and aggregator-summary-item.html.twig

I'd really like to do this but now the items are entites and they have a view_mode with that as the default theme template for the view_mode.

Considering closing this as won't fix, unless there is a way around this?

i think we can call this a duplicate of #2261425: Streamline aggregator's entities rendering with rest of core which gets rid of both templates?
