Problem/Motivation

To change the current theme using Switchtheme, a block has to be added to the page. This is not desirable when the theme was not designed with that block in mind, especially when this module is used for theme testing purposes.

Proposed resolution

Additionally to the Switchtheme block, also allow users to change the theme when they edit their profile, like other personal settings such as e-mail address, timezone, etc...
