Add extra record into database while adding a field collection from field collection item add form.

Hi ,

I have attached one field collection hidden field to the user account page. When I am trying to add that field from field collection item add the collection entity into database with one empty record.

Please help me to resolve this issue. I have checked into issue queue but not getting exact solution.
