Returning a Location by Default

I am using the Location Views module to provide a table listing of our product distributors with a select box to filter by country / state (this works great - good job on this module). My problem is that when the user chooses a state that has no distributors defined, I want to display a default location (from another state). Does anyone know how I might be able to achieve this?
