Requirement for breakpoints - site crash

I did an update with drush up. Got this error message:
Mobile friendly navigation toolbar requires this module. (Currently using Unresolved [warning] dependency breakpoints (Missing)

My site would not come up (WSOD)
I disabled navbar
I downloaded the new dev version of navbar
drush install told me breakpoints was required so I downloaded that also.
My site came back up.

I'm running Spark 7
