"VotingAPI percent vote result (average)" shows incorrect number of stars [#194035]

I'm not sure if this is a VotingAPI problem or a Views problem, but here goes.

When selecting "VotingAPI percent vote result (average)" for the field and "Fivestar Rating" for the handler, the views output (in table or list format) always shows 5 stars for the content type no matter what setting is in admin/content/types.

I haven't had to time investigate. Just wanted to document the issue.

Views integration in VotingAPI 5.x is fundamentally broken -- it works for a small number of cases but more complex cases like this are not supported, and this isn't being developed further. Views support was rewriten in the 2.x branch to fix these issues. If anyone wants to take a stab at rewriting the Views integration for D5, they're welcome to, but it's not on my radar at present.
