i just crate a multisite for different url bt problem is nw that i want to assign different user's for different url plz help me how can i do that ?????????????????

Just access each site seperately and create a user from that url.

That is exactly why we don't use standard Drpal multisite setup. Please read http://drupion.com/resources/general-information/multi-site-directory-an... to learn how you could structure your accounts and directories.
