In the vertical navigation mode i have often a scrollbar and it is a little bit big in the width. Maybe we can use a Apple like tight scrollbar.

I have made a Screenshot with Windows XP. I can also make a Screenshot with Windows 7.

That's a standard scroll bar. Nothing wrong... but in latest DEV I do not see any scrollbar at all. If I use my scroll wheel it goes down, but I see nothing in Chrome on Windows 8.1.

Yes, i think so. Was not able to repro at all myself.
