Issue Summary
Given so many contributors have started or extended babies since D7 was released, it might be a cool thing to have a list of development babies in the release notes, like Pixar do at the end of their movies' titles.
Related to #1826312: [meta] Name Drupal 8.0-beta1 "Project Oliver".
