Just curious what the web consensus is on domains without www, I see some domains that don't use it, but most of the domains I see still use www. Are there any pros or cons, seo benefit?

You can, of course, accept both by modifying your .htaccess file so that all non-www references have an added www prefix (or do the reverse).
