After upgrading to V7.21, I have the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE, expecting '(' in /datas/vol1/w4a130087/var/www/rsed/sites/all/modules/views/theme/theme.inc on line 463

Any ideas??

You do not have correct, up-to-date, copy of Views module. It should be version 7.x-3.5. Maybe you edited the file yourself. For some reason it has faulty code in it. If you update Views, using a fresh unmodified copy, it should work (though of course any modifications will be lost).
