Administration menu items missing

Hello to all,
I have a problem that I had never encountered.
I installed this module and I created two different roles for many users.
The role of administrator can see all the administrative menu items.
Instead the role publisher is able to see only the link add content, although it should seen the dashboard link, for example.
Now, if I active the drupal default toolbar, it displays all the links for the role of publisher, while the administration menu doesn't show ...
I have flushed the caches...
I have deactivate and uninstalled administration menu...
Nothing changes....
Can you help me?
