How to put multiple fields on a single row in a form ?

Hi Drupalers
I have build a form using survey module to send content to email. It is used for ordering documents and the form is sent directly in the inbox of our responsible for that.

Now, what I want is to put two fields on a single row (quantity and title ) so I can put five row in the form to allow people to order 5 documents at the same time. By default, those fields go one under the other and this is not nice and it is difficult to understand form the user perspective. There must be an easy way to do that, i just don't know how ?
