I have suddenly noticed that is I use Performance > aggregate and compress css files my _responsive_style.css file appears to be ignored.
If I untick it it works correctly.
My current workaround is to paste the contents of this file at the bottom of picture_reloaded.css
Is it me or a bug?

Just by taking its contents and pasting it at the bottom of the main CSS file
Are you saying it should be agregating the responsive CSS file?
