I get the same error ! even when i change the quota to 100 MO, can't upload a 1ko file

Subscribing, same issue, even with 100 MB quota I have a user that cannot upload 279.5 KB file. User 1 can upload the same file without error.

The selected file anons.doc could not be uploaded. The file is 28.5 KB which would exceed your disk quota of 100 MB.
