After saving field propererties a blank page is returned with this error:

Fatal error: Class 'libphonenumber\PhoneNumberUtil' not found in */sites/all/modules/phone/includes/phone.libphonenumber.inc on line 282

And solved. The libraries folder permissions where not correct.
