I searched drupal.org seven ways till Sunday and I cannot find even a mention of this feature request.
I am wondering if there id a way to ignore any and all posts made by a certain user?
As a solution to deal with Trolls.
An "ignore this user" link in everyones profile if you will.

The closest I've found is contentblocker.

Once I upgrade to 5 from 4.7.3 I will look into this module further, it looks like it would foot the bill.
