MobDrupal project was created over two years ago. What efforts there were on the project are located at MobWrite. There is no code, no documentation, http://drupal.org/node/709790 says to file an issue to release placeholder namespace if no code is committed...

Please release (remove?) http://drupal.org/project/mobdrupal

I've changed the project owner to "Unsupported Projects" and added the "take this over" message from http://drupal.org/node/251466 to make it clear the namespace is available.
