setup to see the error:
- set date format to "j.n.Y - H.i" (translates to 14.3.2013 - 19.08)
- create a webform node with a date in it
- webform_bonus module with activated summary component
- fill webform. Preview component then shows "14. März 2013 - 00." as output.

While I appreciate the RTBC, 7.x-3.x is receiving critical bug fixes only. I just don't have the resources. If this is an issue in 7.x-4.x, please re-open.
