It looks like the logo and css data was included for the light subtheme but not for dark. The dark css file is empty.

Indeed, the mobile theme has not been done. The light theme is also incomplete. That's why there is no alpha release yet. It's in the queue, and once those themes are completed, I will roll an alpha.
