Select List or Radio Won't Configure

I am a novice Drupal user. I have installed Drupal 7. I have setup my site, added modules, and configured several pages. I installed and enabled the Webform module (7.x-3.18) and supporting modules (Webform Validation 7.x-1.2, Form builder 7.x-1.3, Options element 7.x-1.8, Select (or other) 7.x-2.15). I can create a webform. I can add text boxes, number boxes, etc. But whenever I try to add a "Select List" or "Radio", while I can add them to the form (and save it), I cannot "configure" or "edit" it. The "loading" icon for the edit (when you click on it) just spins and nothing happens.

Looking at this, I don't know if it is a "Webform" module issues, a "Form Builder" module issue, or an "Options element" issue. I am very frustrted, seems so obvious for what appear to be very common modules.

Ideas?
