I am setting up the location module for my site. We have basketball clubs and I want to attach a location to each club. I have done so and executed a search by a post code, but got the following error.

No search results; could not determine the location of the submitted postal code.

Any thoughts on what I should do?

1.) What country are you in?
2.) Have you followed the instructions about uploading a postcode database to enable the search? (geocoding individual nodes relies on the google api or similar, whereas when conducting a search it uses a lookup from a database, so that database table needs to be present)

This issue is really old, and there have been lots of improvements; I think it might be in the latest version.

I'll mark it as postponed (needs more info). Maybe post the zip code that gave the error and someone can check if it is now included.
