Store settings > Product settings > Categories

and
Products > Settings > Variation types
is duplicated at
Store settings > Product settings > Variation types

You've done a great job of reducing the number of menus to a minimum so no need to have these menus duplicated, which gives the impression to the user that they do different operations by appearing twice.

To me, it feels better to have them in Products and removed from Store settings.

It was decided to have both options. If you still think it is a problem feel free to reopen with a patch :)
