Parsed links need to be parsed AFTER filters are run

I use the URL Replace Filter module, which alters the URLs in node content. The parsed links generated by Related Links seem to be obtained from the unfiltered content. This results in invalid links.

For example, I use URL Replace Filter so that I can use the exact same content on my PC and on my production server. Content references to other posts are written the same way, no matter which system one is on, and URL Replace Filter corrects the link to use the right path. Since Related Links parses the unfiltered content, the related links are all broken.
