Great looking site.
You should get rid of the Drupal Favicon probably. Better to either have it blank or design your own. Is you whole theme custom or did you work from another theme? Looks great.
Secondly, Another great oppurtunity to use Donorge for donations rather than only having mail in. http://donorge.org- your users can track their donations on your site also.

Ok, you HAVE to release that design as a theme. ok, maybe you wont, but it is a fantastic show of what can be done with drupal designs!
Any theme designers listening, this is one kind of theme that we could really do with! Plus it makes it easier to change colours and stop sites looking too similar ;)
