Everything was working quite well, but for some reason the app will not create an account when adding. All users have UID=0. I'm not sure what went wrong. I deleted my app, removed the entries from the db, and reinstalled. I have it set to add a local account when a user adds the app and to allow users who have added this app to their profile. With these settings it was working fine previously, and now not at all. It will not create a user account anymore automatically.

Ok I dumped the database and imported a previous version and now everything works again. Does anyone have any idea why this would happen? Once the app is up and running, this just can't happen. Perhaps I did something to trigger this issue.

It seemed that some things just couldn't write to the db anymore. The app wouldn't create a new user. When I reinstalled the fb module it didn't create any tables.

I posted in a different thread last night that I couldn't assign actions. Now I can. Perhaps this was a symptom of the same issue.

Maybe you ran out of disk space.

I'm going to resolve this as unreproducable. Re-activate it if you can find a way to reproduce.

I haven't seen any more issues. I suspect this is something unrelated to Drupal for Facebook anyway. I'll reactivate if I see it again or can reproduce it.
