A lot of nodes have custom HTML code not recognized by WYMeditor. When I edit those nodes for changing, for example, taxonomy terms or something else, Wymeditor removes a lot of code and outputs only "clean" HTML, before I have a chance to click the "hide WYMeditor" link. That results in a lot of formatting loss on edited nodes.
It will be great to have an option to disable WYMeditor for admin. Its doable by manipulating access control, but a built in feature will be better. Tinymce has a feature to disable it individually in "User Settings Page".
Thanks a lot for this wonderful module,

magico commentedWYMeditor uses an input format, so it will inherit any permissions given to that input format. Also, it allows changing the input format at runtime.
