A lot of nodes have custom HTML code not recognized by WYMeditor. When I edit those nodes for changing, for example, taxonomy terms or something else, Wymeditor removes a lot of code and outputs only "clean" HTML, before I have a chance to click the "hide WYMeditor" link. That results in a lot of formatting loss on edited nodes.

It will be great to have an option to disable WYMeditor for admin. Its doable by manipulating access control, but a built in feature will be better. Tinymce has a feature to disable it individually in "User Settings Page".

Thanks a lot for this wonderful module,

WYMeditor uses an input format, so it will inherit any permissions given to that input format. Also, it allows changing the input format at runtime.
