I enabled the module on my Drupal 5.1 site and got the following warning:

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/dawnwri1/public_html/drupal/modules/biblio_normalize/biblio_normalize.module on line 236.

I have not been able to reproduce the problem, but have committed a change that might fix this. It would be nice if you could try the "dev" version and report whether the bug is fixed. Thanks!

I just wanted to mention that I had the same problem, but using the "dev" version seemed to fix it.
