Hi Dave,

This would depend on the theme you are using as most of the markup/css comes from that. The easiest way to check is to install commons, enable a theme you know is valid and then run the site through the validator.

If you were to post up any invalid css or markup you find into the issue queue it can be looked at and fixed.

Thanks for the reply Tom. I'll do as you suggested. Working in government, there are many policies and guidelines that need to be met.
