view and taxonomy

Here is my problem:
I want to create a view of a content type called "question". I have a category "language" assigned to "question". I also have another content type called "bio" which has a CCK_taxonomy field "language". So both "question" and "bio" share the same taxonomy field. The view I want to show is a list of questions whose language type is the same as the login user's bio language type.
I am not sure how to realize this with view arguments.
