Multiple Options for a Single Text Field Request

Would love to see a way to give multiple choices for a single Text field. Instead of having 3 different fields, it would be better to have 1 field, but multiple options for fields that would save into that 1 field
I'll give you an example.
Pretend you have a site where users have to input who is eligible for a marathon.
Open to Residents of USA,Canada who are 18+ except (void in CA, NY, FL)
Items in Bold would be different on individual nodes.
Countries, Age, and what States would be Voided. (3)
Currently, you have to have 3 different fields and it saves 3 tables. I think it would be better for performance if there were a CCK Field "extra" that would just give options for 1 Field.
